Appliance Repair in Leesburg, Florida

Though my washing machine did not make the jackhammer noise while Jeremy was at my house, and thus, he could not find the problem, he suggested that I make a video of the machine if and when it happened again so he could identify the issue. Jeremy was cheerful and pleasant, and he left me with a path to follow if it happens again.

Would have been nice to narrow the arrival time in advance, to 2-4 hrs. Jeremy did an excellent job and was courteous and respectful. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it.

This is the second time Jeremy has been to our home. He arrived on time and he went right to work to diagnose the problem. He was able to determine the source of the problem was our dryer and not the washer. He was very understanding and professional at all times.

Jeremy arrived as scheduled and listened to my concerns about my Whirlpool washing machine. He took the machine apart to check the problem and ran several tests while on the phone with Whirlpool tech support. While he was not able to duplicate the problem I called about, I feel Jeremy did everything he could to search for the problem. The washer is currently working and we will call if the issue returns.

Jeremy was on time and presented himself in a personal and professional manner. It was an easy fix for him. My icemaker had stopped working and I couldn't get the door open to check it. He opened the door and showed me where one ice cube had caused the problem and was easily removed. He also showed the best way to open the door to the icemaker. All in all, a short but great experience. Jeremy is a real asset to your company!

Jeremy, was nice and polite. Also very knowledgeable about our refrigerator system and our problem. He handled everything with precision. We will always ask for Jeremy to be the service technician to come back. Highly recommend him. 10/10
