Appliance Repair in Lakeland, Florida

The tech seemed capable. However, waiting 31 days for a fairly simple repair is far beyond extreme.

The work that the technician did was not good at all,and I had to throw away almost $700.00 of food out of my Freezer. Next, the bottom part got hot. I reported it to Famous Tate,and they sent Cannon out. I need a Wire, and Control piece . Cannon technician told me to throw all of my food away,because I might get sick. My food was spoil and it was in my Refrigerator,also smelling in my kitchen. Famous Tate got me a Loaner Refrigerator until I get the parts from Cannon Company. I lost lots of Food,because I shop at Publix.

Well my issue was only a software glitch that could've been taken care of if somebody came out and diagnosed the problem. Instead I waited for a part that was never needed. 10 days without a washer that I've had less than 90 days is ridiculous.

On time, kept very clean work area in our kitchen, excellent communication, didn’t waste time, very professional!
