File#7731372293 unit has had a data loggers for the last 2 weeks it is showing a average temperature of about 6 in the freezer and 43 in the refrigerator and the unit is set at the factory temperature presets presets ice cream is not solid i hooked gages up to unit when freezer is cooling I am showing a high pressure of 250 to 275 an a low pressure of about of about - 10 to + 10 These pressures do fluctuate especially on the high side . This happened while on the phone with Tech line took pictures of gages. They believe that the unit likely has a floating restriction and have deemed it unreparable.. Customer answered no to question one and question 2 they did not sign due to covid 19 protocol.
