One big problem with your company. The service technicians require the homeowner to sign a waiver that the service technicians, even at their negligence , are not responsible to any damage to any of your home including your countertops or flooring or anything. This is not good. I would never use your company again to do anything on my home however, your delivery representatives were nice guys, but they were limited to deliver an appliance unless we signed this hold harmless agreement
