With the exception of the last time, we were left with at least an operable fridge/freezer. This last time the unit was left inoperable, water all over the floor and that water damaged the floor. We are now waiting on day 3 to hear from Whirlpool about a replacement, and are hesitant just how long that will take. If there is anything you or your company can do to get us a replacement as soon as possible, we’d appreciate it.

Our freezer is now at 9° and the fridge is at 38°. It has resumed making ice so we have returned the ice maker. On an unrelated note, the portable torch you used left small oily dots on the counter and table tops I suspect from the soot produced from the torch right when it’s lit. Just thought I’d let you know.
