Appliance Repair in Douglasville, Georgia

The technician who came to my home was professional, courteous, and completed the repair as expected. My frustration is not with him, it is with the inaccurate information I was given when I scheduled the appointment. Before booking the service, I specifically asked two questions: what part had been replaced during the previous repair, and what warranty coverage I had. The representative told me I had a 10-year warranty and that I would only be responsible for paying the labor cost. Based on that information, I scheduled the appointment with the understanding that the repair would be covered under the warranty except for labor. Imagine my surprise when the technician informed me that my total was $374. Had I been given the correct information upfront, I could have made an informed decision before scheduling the repair. Instead, I felt blindsided by a bill that was significantly higher than what I was led to expect.

Roger did a great job repairing our refrigerator ice maker and explaining how it works. He also shared some additional information regarding other appliances.

Roger is excellent. He knew exactly what was wrong and knew exactly how to fix it. He wasted no time got it done! Even when I missed his phone call, he still swung by and I can’t thank him enough for doing that. This was my fourth appointment for the same issue and Roger knocked it out of the park. Some employees are just that valuable and Rogers exactly that!!

Avery came into my home with a very nasty attitude. He was very rude when speaking with me. Asked him to explain himself and I felt as though I was bothering him. Washer is still not working and I feel as though he did a rush job.
