Darrell was AWESOME, very polite ( unlike the other guy) BUT... he was the third or fourth person that came out and every one that came out had a different fix. the fridge and freezer is NOT maintaining the temp but its keeping cold/frozen the ice machine is not working still. This has been going on since the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and Flamingo is the SECOND company to come out and try to fix it. Whirlpool should just send us a new one and be done with it!!!!!

Conversation covered features of my appliance...I felt he knows the appliance from top to bottom. Very courteous and the issue of the icing up is fixed. I was very satisfied.
