I have used Flamingo Appliance services for many years. Chris was the technician who came to repair my refrigerator. Chris communicated that he was on his way, and was even a little early which was appreciated. He was very professional and courteous. He took time to diagnose what was wrong with the refrigerator. I was flabbergasted at how many parts of the refrigerator he took apart and put all over my kitchen! He then found the problem, communicated clearly what it was, and what it would entail in time and cost to fix it. He fixed the problem, then put everything back as though it had never happened, even placed food nicely inside the refrigerator. Chris was a pleasure to have in our home.
