I was very impressed with Chris. He called ahead to say he was15 minutes out from the scheduled appointment time. He was very professional by asking me first what the ice maker problem was. He listened to my concerns and did some initial testing of the temps, etc. He concluded a new ice maker was needed and installed one. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the job he needed to get done to get our ice maker back working. Unfortunately as of today Friday the ice maker is no longer making ice. He was here Monday and now today we have no ice. We are a retired couple. We are not heavy ice users.

Melvin was great. He trouble shooted the issue and worked with Whirlpool to identify my refrig as non repairable. I am in the process of getting a new refrig from Whirlpool
