Excellent service. Communication was great, technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Repair was completed in a timely manner, I highly recommend!

After communicating with the Flamingo service and scheduling team, it was apparent there were communication gaps with the technician. The first interaction with the tech was a little negative stating he was told my unit didn’t operate. Not the case! Door didn’t function properly. Technician went outside to truck and talked on phone and searched his truck for something for at least 45 minutes. Came back inside with a piece of paper…a damage waiver….that’s what he was so desperately trying to find in his truck. Wanted me to sign a damage waiver in case he damaged anything in my house removing the dishwasher!! Really?!!! That’s part of you job! And part of the repair process!!! Definitely wasn’t very friendly and could tell he really didn’t want to be here doing this job. Extremely disappointed in the level of service from Flamingo. Sure didn’t feel like the really wanted to help!!

Shane was very professional and knowledgeable about the Whirlpool refrigerator. He fixed the issue in a matter of minutes!

Here's a summary of the issues I've had with you company and why I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU! A Cascade of Service Failures My experience with Flamingo Appliance Service has been plagued by a series of significant issues, turning a simple dryer repair into a months-long ordeal: • Excessive Wait Times: From the initial appointment to subsequent follow-ups, I've consistently faced delays of two weeks or more for service visits. • Parts Department Mismanagement: There was a clear lack of communication and apparent misrepresentation regarding the "rush order" for my part. I had to take on the responsibility of coordinating with the manufacturer to get the necessary part delivered. • Unprofessional and Incompetent Technicians: o The first technician accurately diagnosed the issue but couldn't complete the repair due to a missing part. o The second technician (SHANE) was not only rude and dismissive but also failed to reassemble my dryer correctly, leading to new problems like a burning rubber smell, misaligned components, and a non-seating filter. • Damage to Property: Adding insult to injury, the second technician (SHANE) caused damage to my property (my outdoor fence next to my driveway) and left without acknowledging it. I would have been less upset if he'd just told me about it. He hid the fact and drove away, leaving me with a broken property and an appliance that I then realize really WASN'T FIXED!!! • Poor Customer Service: I’ve encountered unhelpful customer service representatives who failed to provide accurate information, address your complaints effectively, or expedite your service. Don’t expect senior staff to return phone calls, because they won’t. • Ongoing Inconvenience: I’ve been without a fully functioning dryer for four months, causing significant disruption and frustration. I just want the brand new dryer that I bought in good faith to work!!

It took 4 visits to fix my stove vent hood. Each more inconvenient than the last. During this time my GE monogram refrigerator went on the fritz and was fixed on the very first service call.
