MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WML55011HS0 cust states after 2nd use sparks on the inside and now wont heat spoke to mark wave guard may be damaged call back after confirmed sr#7723450016 took down and checked wave guard found arking inside called back techline spoke to dave non repairable. not replacing door. dave went over maranda and said whirlpool will call cust in three to five buisness days not countining today due to tech issues filing will be continue later today.

MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WML55011HS0 replaced panels and mag tested and did not heat no faults though. called tech line spoke to sterling voltage to transformer 0 voltage at the board black to brown 122volts while running and while its off p2 connector to black on relay 122 v orange line on p2 to to blue and green o volts needs cntrl relay not closing. Sr#7723332292; ordrng 1 w11244085 (ui) and 1 w11129648 (cntrl)
