Jeff is excellent. He has been to my home a few times for repairs to my ice makers and his skill, knowledge and personality make it a pleasure. It feels more like a neighbor coming over to help than a service call. I couldn’t recommend him and Flamingo more.

Pro: Jeffery was very professional. He explained clearly what he was going to do. He worked quickly and efficiently. Con: Our dishwasher was only 2 weeks old when it quit working. It took week for a technician to arrive. That is not prompt service. Nothing was fixed. Jeffery retracted the arm using a diagnostic mode and reseated the connectors. Nothing was replaced. THIS UNIT WILL FAIL AGAIN. I have disabled the feature that automatically opens the door. I don’t want to deal with another failure. I am disappointed with the service I received.
