Very polite, Did an inspection then changed part . Wasn't here very long and had my washer working.

Scott was wonderful. Diagnosed the problem with my Whirlpool refrigerator in just a few minutes and quickly had it fixed. Aside from being super professional and knowledgeable, Scott was also very friendly and made me feel very comfortable about having him in my home. I would give him 10 stars if it was possible.

Scott was very kind and was quick with the repair. He called to say he was 20 minutes away. I wasn't home due to one of my children was at the hospital. I asked him if he could give me 5 extra minutes I was leaving Ocala as he was talking to me. He told please to take my time and that he would wait. It was refreshing how he reacted. I thanked him 2-3 times about waiting for me. He said it was no problem. I recommend Scott for all repairs.
