There comes a time that when a product has failed and after two or three attempts to repair the product has failed, a decision needs to be made to either replace or issue a refund. Its the smart move to retain any hope of keeping that person as a customer but not in this case. It is my belief that Maytag prolonged the repairs in an effort to get past the one year warranty and Flamingo Appliance Repairs was complicit in that decision. Under no circumstances would I buy Maytag again or refer Flamingo to anyone.
