Tech was nice. But washer still not working. They set up new apt but not for a week.

The gentleman was cordial enough but my frig was working fine when they arrived, only the freezer wouldn't cool lower than 10 deg. They informed me that it had a slow leak and KitchenAid will replace. Yes but in 4 weeks. Now neither the freezer or frig get cold at all, so I'm stuck for next 4;weeks without a frig that was working 90 percent before they broke it. And, they broke the freezer door! Unbelievable!

Customer service needs improvement but the technicians provided me with excellent service. They competed my repair in a timely manner and explained how to care for my appliances in the near future.

Alexis was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and the resolve so I could understand it the first time. He left my laundry area clean and I felt completely confident in his resolve of the problem with my dryer. Thank you for his service.

Not only was Alexis professional and knowledgeable , he diagnosed my issue and fixed it the same day. He also followed Covid protocol with a mask and booties when he came in my home . I am very appreciative of his help and consideration .
