Alexis was great - knowledgeable, efficient and you can tell he genuinely cared. His expertise was so appreciated.

I recently had a service visit for my relatively new dishwasher, which had been making some unusual noises. After contacting Costco, they arranged for service through Flamingo Appliance Services, the authorized service provider. The technician, Alexis, called ahead to let me know he would arrive in about 15 minutes, which I appreciated. Upon arrival, he was very professional; he wore protective booties and placed a thick blanket in front of the dishwasher before beginning his evaluation. Naturally, the dishwasher worked perfectly during the approximately 30 minutes he was here. Nevertheless, Alexis thoroughly tested all cycles in an effort to replicate the issue. He was knowledgeable, methodical, and took the time to explain what he was doing. Overall, I found Alexis to be professional, courteous, and highly competent. Even though the issue could not be reproduced, I was very satisfied with the service experience.
