Very specific explanation of the issue we have with the refrigerator. Definitely, a service oriented professional.

The Technician was excellent with the repair service BUT the wait for part to repair took SIX days. Total time 10 days. Fortunately for us we had backup 40 yr old refrigerator in garage to store the perishables or we would had to use/ buy coolers.

Alex was great! I do wish I would have been able to get a faster appointment, part of dealing with warranty work I suppose.

Alex was great. However Flamingo canceled on me twice. Once to order a part but the technician said there was no part. Then flamingo canceled aging saying their office was closed that day. Why would they schedule an appointment on a day they were closed? Please know Alex did a great job
