AB was fast with exceptional service!!!

Explained in detail what I thought was an issue with my gas stove. Prompt on arrival time.

Alex was in and out in a flash. He knew exactly what was wrong; what I needed to do differently and was very thorough in his explanation. I'll be using Flamingo any time I need appliance repair.

Our technician was on time and efficient. He got right to work and waisted no time. It took him no more than 30 minutes to replace the transmission in the washer. I was a little surprised that he did not test the washer to make sure it worked. I was also disappointed that there was some oil left on the floor from the original leaking transmission. All in all he knew his job and the washer worked properly when he was finished.

With the exception of the last time, we were left with at least an operable fridge/freezer. This last time the unit was left inoperable, water all over the floor and that water damaged the floor. We are now waiting on day 3 to hear from Whirlpool about a replacement, and are hesitant just how long that will take. If there is anything you or your company can do to get us a replacement as soon as possible, we’d appreciate it.

Started out fine but there was no communication when he left and he didn't clean up after himself. And now it's worse than before. Now neither the refrigerator nor the freezer is cooling, before it was just the freezer.

Show up on time with tools and parts. Repair was quick and precise. Perfect
