Service once tech arrived was good. However the window time was 1 - 4 p.m. No one called to say he would be late. I had to call twice 4 p.m. and 5:15 to see if he was still coming and he finally arrived at 5:45 which was very inconvenient for me. The telephone service is horrible. I had to wait on hold for at least 20 minutes the first time and about 10 minutes the second time. NOT GOOD
