Overall a good experience. It’s never fun having to call these guys in the first place. It means something is broken. They communicated about updates and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend flamingo and Brandon.

Brandon was amazing! He called when he was on his way, arrived on time and was professional, courteous and friendly. He explained what he was doing as he did it and left the work area as clean as it was before he started the repair. He replaced a mother board in my wall oven (including disassembly and reassembly) in 15 minutes! My first experience with Flamingo Appliance was the complete opposite of my not-so-great experience with another appliance repair company the week before. I absolutely recommend Flamingo (and especially Brandon) to anyone in need of appliance service!
