I had never heard of Flamingo Appliance Repair until Whirlpool hired your company for a correction/recall on my dishwasher. Mr. Avery Ameer represented the company very well. He was professional, arrived on time, and he has a friendly attitude. Five stars for sure!

I was rescheduled 3 times because worker no show to work and finally went off and the supervisor came out to service my dryer. I would rate his customer service and service of dryer 5, but Flamingo should never allow this to happen without escalating to a supervisor. That employee needs to be terminated or placed on personal leave

Courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Very nice.

Service technician Patrick was great! He’s pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. It was good to have him service my washer.
