Josh is very professional and and good knowledge about our appliances and wears protective gear i my residents homes which I absolutely love !! My name is Jay the Service Manager The only thing which is not his fault cannot send techs past 5 pm they can get here at 445 but not 6pm I don’t mind OT but my job does for warranty work

This is the best service company I have ever experienced. Up to date company, appointment updates and the opportunity to reschedule either through their website or by phone. Josh in the three hour window provided, he called when on the way, wore disposable booties and a mask and pretty much knew the problem and how to fix it. Plus he was courteous and friendly, traits not always found in a repairman. I would not hesitate to call them again.
