Joshua came within the time frame. Was both professional and personable. He answered several questions I had and contacted Maytag Tech support while here. He explained to me that even though the Maytag laundry guidelines say you can use power wash for towels, it is much better to use Deep Water Wash to keep the machine balanced during rinse & spin cycles.
